Marina Mancic is a tax professional that has over 15 years of experience with a variety of clients. She graduated from King’s College at the University of Western Ontario in 2007. She began her career by working in a small firm in London Ontario. There she specialized in serving small to medium private corporations and medical professionals. She focused on corporate and personal tax planning. From there she went to practice at PwC specializing in corporate tax compliance and planning, in addition to personal tax experience and cross border US returns for Canadian nationals. She worked with manufacturing, packaging and technology companies in southwestern Ontario. She also took the role of mentoring and teaching junior associates while they completed their tax hours as well as teaching the personal tax training course.

After moving to the GTA Marina worked at larger firms, Grant Thornton, PwC and BDO to gain experience with public companies and their industries. She enrolled in her In-Depth Tax Course in 2014 and finished in 2017. She moved into industry in 2018 gaining her extensive experience in Sales Tax along with corporate tax by working at TJX Canada (Winners), Sodexo, Dexterra, Hydro One and Telus.

With her vast experience she takes pride in helping both personal and corporate clients manage not only their tax filings but improving their financial wealth by advising them of financial opportunities that may be less obvious. She is a huge advocate of the importance of financial education and guidance and believes this is the key to any person’s success.

She is happy to help with any financial matters whether it be tax, personal finance and budgeting or guidance with starting a business.

Marina lives in Milton with her husband and two children. Loves the outdoors, beach vacations with her family and reading.

José has 28 years of tax experience. He specializes in preparing personal tax returns, corporate and GST returns. He has extensive knowledge of payroll which he gained by working as a payroll analyst with TD Canada Trust in the HR department.

José graduated from the Technological University of El Salvador specializing in Public Accounting and Auditing, He completed his thesis on taxation in 1990 and gained his CPA in El Salvador in the same year. During his studies he worked as an internal auditor for an international pharmaceutical company and International Development Aid prior to his immigration to Canada.

José is a valuable member of the team, and you will often find him advising our clients on planning for retirement as well as sharing his personal experiences with tax planning with our younger couples. José’s passion for tax is palpable and anyone who meets him can see he has joy for what he does.

Teodora Marina has 16 years of tax experience. Her journey began by first taking the H&R Block Tax Return preparation course in 2007. Ever since then she has helped prepare over 200 tax returns each tax season. Teodora also brings her 22 years of experience as a Business Administrator which she gained by working at the Diocese of London at St. Francis – St. Martin parish.

She is an important part of our firm providing accounting services to our clients, she specializes in accounts receivable and payable statistics. She helps to prepare financial worksheets that can be modified for specific clients which can in turn assists them to perform analysis on their own. She is a pleasure to work with and we are fortunate to have her be part of our team.
